Fresh Black Truffles ( Tuber Aestivum )

The black summer truffle has a mild aroma and subtle flavour. The surface of this truffle is hard and very harsh, resembling small pyramids, and its interior is light brown in color with tiny white, wiggly, marble-like lines. The season of this truffle starts in late spring and due to mild autumn weather it can be found until the end of October. From March to September, our selection includes only fresh black summer truffles.
